 PASS Stock Control Product Range - Overview
PASS Stock control products provide solutions for warehouse, storerooms and shops.It comprises PC software, PDA programs and Barcode printing programs.
The PC software records goods coming in, cash sales and EPOS, sales orders, picking, despatches, and stock taking.
The PDA programs are used for receiving and despatching goods in the warehouse and doing stock counts. The data collected on the PDA is then uploaded to the PC either in batch mode or in real-time to provide a perpetual inventory.
The barcode printing modules print product and location barcodes on desktop or portable thermal transfer printers.
The four products are described below
This is a PC and PDA program suite that enables stock to be counted with a PDA, uploaded to the PC and then reconciled. There are variance reports showing discrepancies and variances together with lists of items that have not been checked by the PDA and new items recorded by hte PDA but which are not registered on the PC . Import of existing Products, Stock in hand and Locations is done from spreadsheets or fixed length text files. Barcode printing is included for printers with Windows drivers. Reports include Low Stock.
This adds a simple receive and despatch module that enables PDAs or tethered scanners to record incoming and outgoing product codes and quantities thus maintaining a perpetual inventory. All the above Stockcheck programs are all included in Storeroom
This has all of the above functionality and adds a superior picking, move and despatch program with auto-generated barcode picking lists,packing lists and despatch labels. It tracks batches and individual serial number products and handles multiple sites and reporting. IT enables Bills of Materials to be picked and products can be defined as kits of components for despatch.Miscellaneous other additions include User Definable Reports, Cost of Space analysis, Archive and retrieve old records. Additional SQL Server database is included.
This uses Storeroom as its Back office for receiving goods and a Cash Sales module which takes over the whole screen and uses tethered scanner input or the onscreen keyboard to record sales. It provides till receipts or invoices, cash drawer analysis and totals for daily cashing up, vat reports, refunds and online access to Credit card operations.
