PASS Stock Control - Overview

The PASS Stock control system is a combination of software and hardware to provide a complete solution for warehouse inventory control. The PC software is for raising orders, reporting and assessing stock requirements.

The PDA software is used for receiving and despatching goods in the warehouse and doing stock counts. The data collected on the PDA is then uploaded to the PC either in batch mode or in real-time to provide a perpetual inventory. The barcode printing module enables product and location barcodes to be printed on portable thermal transfer printers.

The system handles EPOS orders, warehouse orders and despatch providing a perpetual inventory of the stock in multiple locations.
