Retail Stock Control with barcodes

PASS Retail is a small EPOS system where the counter sales are recorded with a tethered or wireless scanner that deducts the items from stock as they are sold. The item barcodes are scanned and a list of the items sold is accumulated on screen. When all items have been scanned a VAT till receipt or A4 VAT invoice can then be issued and the completion of the sale deducts the items from stock maintaining a perpetual inventory.

Stock counts and checks can be done with portable scanners. Precount sheets list the items and show you what should be on the shelves prior to doing the Stock check. Variance reports then show the differences between what has been counted and what should be there

Goods in is handled by either tethered or wireless scanners or entered manually on the system.

The system runs on Windows PCs and will drive touch screens. It works with either tethered scanners as shown or wireless scanners
