PASS Shop features

On Counter Sales PASS Shop is a comprehensive EPOS system where the counter sales are recorded with a tethered or wireless scanner that deducts the items from stock as they are sold. The item barcodes are scanned and a list of the items sold is accumulated on screen. When all items have been scanned a VAT till receipt or A4 VAT invoice can then be issued and the completion of the sale deducts the items from stock maintaining a perpetual inventory.
Stock counts and checks can be done with portable scanners. Precount sheets list the items and show you what should be on the shelves prior to doing the Stock check. Variance reports then show the differences between what has been counted and what should be there.

Goods in is handled by either tethered or wireless scanners or entered manually on the system.
At goods in the labelling is often done by a printer attached to a PC, but there are cases where a mobile labelling application using a PDA and portable printer are necessary.

Where the supplier has not included the purchasers product code on the outer case this can be rectified at goods in by printing out internal product barcode labels, which then facilitate further movement and picking of the goods using the companies own codes.
The system runs on Windows PCs and drives touch screens or keyboard systems. It works with either tethered or wireless scanners and PDAs can be used in the included back office suite to receive goods and do stock counts.
