Locator Standard Mobile

This is the entry level product. It records the location,movement, condition and loan of all equipment and fixed assets. It takes data from any brand of PDA with a Windows Mobile operating system and also Cipherlab text based terminals to record and transmit.

There are many views of the asset list - by item type, by location, by department or owner, by staff member or keeper and by supplier. The asset list is set out in a traditional Windows Explorer type of presentation and searching an viewing the details of a particular item is quick and easy

Locator Professional

This adds a lot of extra  setup options to define product types and attributes. This includes:

Adding extra data fields relevant to each Item type
Detailed condition recording. 
Barcode Labelling
Additional user configurable Item Fields
Item testing and maintenance 
Test scheduling and recording
Issue and return of items from external storage and archive companies
Multi level Passwords.
There are also a lot more reports and user definable reports can be added with Crystal reports.

Locator Multi user

This is identical to the professional edition but adds network and multi-user capability and multi sites integration to the system. 3 Users are included in the price. Remote Access to a central server can be done from other sites. Multiple Databases can be added and managed for different applications or company subsidiaries. The database engine includes Microsoft SQL and Sybase as options to Access.
