Automate barcoded Goods in and Despatch items with S-Link

When S-link is used in goods in situations the orders are taken off the carrier and put in the goods in bay. They will often carry barcode labels with the suppliers stock code. They can then be put onto a conveyor with automatic barcode scanners. The goods are then recorded as received as the barcodes pass the scanners and the stock is updated by S-Link. If however, the goods are to remain in the receiving bay until put away then a wireless scanner would be used in conjunction with S-link to record the receipt of the goods.
